I have so much to tell, so much to say, so much to do, so much to realize and I'm still doing things the same way. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Just hope to record the things I still enjoy most and while I can. One day I will lift my head high and say I'm not the one before =) P/S: I learn something in french class...c'est la vie!

Angry ---> Stressed ---> Surprise!!!

Confused by my title? Don't worry. I will explain why my title is named in such. Today I went to Low Yat with my friends. The initial plan was to get a new mobile phone because mine was spoiled after falling down from the stairs T.T So off we go to Low Yat in search of a new phone! There were two devils with me were profusely cajoling to buy iPhone 4 =.= bad peer influence! haha. Its too expensive so I call it a day with a external hard disk.

Its time for me to had extra space (1TB) since my photo shooting activity is getting more and more frequent nowadays =)

Yes! Back to the story why I had such title. I should be happy getting a new hard disk but why am I angry? Its because "someone" had been disturbing me, ordering me, and asking me this and that. You were expecting some peaceful shopping doing you negotiations and someone does this! I just couldn't stand it anymore. The turning point was at the end of the journey I was given a surprise from my dear. She was that "someone" and I was scolding her >.< Throughout the journey back to campus I was never expecting anything but she throw a surprise to me out of the blue. Cunning girls eh? She made me fumed in furious in the beginning and then her surprise made my anger disappear immediately. Thanks dear for the surprise! Sorry for being so rude just now T.T Curious about the surprise she gave? Wait for next post!

Its time we head to the airport as we bid farewell to this majestic island. We will be back soon! More of Penang shall be unveiled to the world especially Malaysian who prefer vacation overseas where they overlooked what Malaysia itself can offer. Adios Amigos! Berjumpa lagi!

Scandalous meeting with Michelle Yeoh @ Ipoh

A scandalous meeting with Michelle Yeoh? I am just kidding. How could a International big star be interested to meet a normal guy like me >.< Actually I met her in a Opening ceremony of Kinta Swimming Club. I was one of the photographers working during the event day. Before I took up the job I was told that Superstar Dato' Michelle Yeoh will be attending this opening ceremony but I was quickly withdrawn with the idea that how could a superstar like her come to a simple event like this? Check out if my guesses are correct?

My guesses are wrong! Michelle Yeoh and her family arriving

Before showing more pictures about Michelle Yeoh lets see some pictures of Kinta Swimming Club and lets find out why Michelle Yeoh is willing to attend this event. Kinta Swimming Club was more widely known as Ipoh Swimming Club was founded in early 1930s by Foo Wah Cheng as President, supported by Wong Peng Sum and Yeoh Khuan Joo. Well, Mr. Yeoh Khuan Joo here was Michelle Yeoh's grandfather in fact. Well this certainly explains why Michelle Yeoh treats this event as her utmost important.

Olympic size swimming pool. This new pool brings memories where Michelle Yeoh trained at this very Club to represents Malaysia in Swimming.

Back to the story, when Michelle Yeoh's arrival to the Club, everyone was rushing to take a picture of Michelle Yeoh and unfortunately I was pushed to the back of the crowd. Its not a big deal as I still managed to get a good shot of Michelle Yeoh!

Before the opening ceremony, Michelle Yeoh was given a simple tour over the new club. I am pretty sure that she will be envy of the new Olympic size swimming pool which is not available during her time. I think that won't matter much as she still represents Malaysia in swimming =)

Kek Lok Si Temple @ Penang

Have you ever tired to ask a Penangite (People who lives in Penang) what are the places worth visiting and most of them does share one common answer which is Kek Lok Si Temple. Today I show you what is so special about Kek Lok Si Temple. In Penang most of the people had their conversation in Hokkien and therefore, "Kek Lok Si" Temple for the Penangite means "Temple of Supreme Bliss". What mark the specialty of this temple is that the project(constructing the temple) received the sanction of the Emperor Guangxu(tenth emperor of the Manchu-led Qing Dynasty) , who bestowed a tablet and gift of 70,000 volumes of the Imperial Edition of the Buddhist Sutras. Dessert @ Snowflakes, Subang Jaya

Before a new trimester starts I think is fair to give ourselves a nice treat for what we had achieved last trimester (excuse really. haha) Today we are having desserts in Taiwanese style. Suggested by "Koala" (real name is Kang Sheng) we head to a cafe called Snowflakes Taiwanese Dessert Secrets in Subang Jaya. Its just opposite the well known Asia Cafe (Beside Inti College and Taylors College). The cafe is located on the 1st floor.

Look for the signboard(left) and the staircase leads to this(right)

Since its a self-service cafe you basically have to order and carry your own orders. I must say they do it in such way that you wont be irritated even though its a self-service cafe. Why? I'll explain further.

Here is what you will be ordering basically

Buried by Rodrigo Cortés

This is my 1st time watching a rather simple movie. How "simple" is this movie? Throughout the whole movie you will only see the main character Paul Conroy (acted by Ryan Reynolds), a blackberry cellphone, a Zippo (a famous lighter brand), a torchlight, a hand knife, a bottle of alcohol, two light sticks and a snake. This 1 hour 40 minutes movie only consist of this few elements.

Boring! You may think this movie is but if you are a kind of person that likes to speculate as the storyline blooms, this movie will suit you well. Together with only Ryan Reynolds you will have a heck of a time guessing and guessing. The story starts with Paul Conroy an American Truck driver in Iraq was buried in a wooden coffin 6 feet underground. He fight for survival by only making phone calls with the cellphone battery running dead. The climax reaches when his wooden coffin begins to shatter as the sand make its way into the coffin filling up the spaces in the coffin.

Have a shoot at the trailer!

Some scene in the movie:

P/S: One thing that I do not like to watch a movie in the cinema is together with cinema-hooligans. Please do be considerate that other people is sharing the same theater with them and they are no the only one in the theater. Lowering discussions volume and over-enthusiasm shouts is really appreciated.
