I have so much to tell, so much to say, so much to do, so much to realize and I'm still doing things the same way. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Just hope to record the things I still enjoy most and while I can. One day I will lift my head high and say I'm not the one before =) P/S: I learn something in french class...c'est la vie!

My visit @ FGS Dong Zen Temple, Jenjarom

Its was a last minute plan to have a visit to Dong Zen temple. Most of us had just finished our examination and since its still Chinese New Year at that time so, we decided go and have a look. It was my 1st time visit to Dong Zen temple (Even though my mother told me I had visited that place since I was a small boy but i can't really recall it) Dong Zen temple is one of the main attractions in Malaysia especially during the month of Chinese New Year. Its huge landscape made it possible for huge decorations which I am about to show you here.

Sort of the main entrance for the temple

See the lights which is all over the entrance? Its actually hundreds or even thousands of small lanterns (below) hanged all over it. You will be dazzled by all the lights in the temple. Talking about lanterns you should really look at the next picture. I bet you wont regret going there for once!

Around the entrance, these lovely flowers are there too!

Thousands of lanterns hanged across the pathway to shine the way for you~

Its simply amazing by all the lanterns around the temple. Every corner of the place you will find one. Its very common there. Next I am going to show you the decorations available there.

Don't ask me why he wanted this shot XD

Dong Zen temple in Jenjarom is really a worth visiting place. You will be amazed with the decorations and the exhibitions as well. There is this wishing tree where you can hang you wishes on it. I wonder if the wishes you make really come true >.< When there is hope there is a possibility right?

Christmas Eve @ Geographer Cafe, Malacca

This is the 1st time I ever participated in a countdown. I'm always being the one who listens to the stories told by the people who were actually there! Well, there is always the first time =) This was my 1st. Its was for Christmas. Although I don't celebrate Christmas but I simply just can't be excluded from all the fun from the Christmas Countdown at Geographer Cafe. Before I show you all the actions during the countdown >.< I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas (Better late than never.lol)  and a Happy New Year~

Dedicated to all my blog readers =)

This is the Geographer I was mentioning. I found out that there is quite a number of foreigners hangout here most of the time when I happen to be around there.

Well, let me introduce to you what is the best part about countdown! Lots and lots of people, alcohol, joy and serious laughing >.< Seriously serious laughing. Will let you know further down the post.

Heineken. Actually I don't fancy alcohol much but since its my 1st countdown~ I must fancy it! ^^,

P/S: I only drank a bottle and not more than that >.< Seriously~
In my 1st countdown itself I get to know two new friends. I must say, they are one heck of a joker.
P/S: you really don't want to be their target >.<
Nevertheless its really fun to have them around. At least I get to laugh my head of me =)

Kelson on the left and Nic on the right with the "target" Huey Min in the middle >.<

Just look at the crowd

When there is a crowd there must be fun. As the saying goes. Where there is sweet there tend to be ants~

Let the party begin!!!

Well it must be a "decent" way of wishing Merry Christmas~
That's all folks for today's post! Stay tune for the New Year celebration!!! Hooray!

My birthday @ Pasta Zanmai, Sunway

Before continuing further lets have a look at the birthday boy's picture! (actually I love the feel of the picture so its worth sharing with everyone =P)

DSC_0022_edited_副本
Celebrating my 21st Birthday!

In my previous post I posted a picture about the place I celebrated my birthday. Did it keep you guessing? I hope so >.< Unveiling the answer is.....Pasta Zanmai in Sunway! (Mentioned in the title already =.= ) She have been searching for a decent place to celebrate my birthday and finally it was Pasta Zanmai which made up her mind.

I forgotten to capture the main entrance of Pasta Zanmai so I'm just going to settle with chopsticks sets to introduce Pasta Zanmai. haha

Its not cheap having a meal there but since its my birthday she wouldn't mind to give me a treat once awhile =) Honestly speaking the food there is double-thumbs up! I would be dying to go there for another round (*grin) Lets start with Special Green Tea!

Beside tasting a little bit sweet and darker colored than usual I can't see why its called "Special" Green Tea >.< maybe I'm just not used be lavished with these expensive stuff.

Up next the main meal of the day. They do provide side dishes for set meals ordered and I must say both main and side dishes taste dazzling. I ordered a Unagi set meal which comes with Unagi with rice and a bowl of salad.

Just look at the way they serve it. Especially the egg. Nicely cooked!

Here's the salad.

She ordered a set of unagi too but it comes with pasta as side dish. Actually we were planning another set of meal but i mistakenly ordered this >.< my bad for ordering 2 sets of unagi T.T

The Japanese style of our "nasi goreng pataya" with Unagi on top >.<

The pasta (p/s: preparing this post makes me hungry T.T)

That is all about the food we had together in Pasta Zanmai. If you would ask me is Pasta Zanmai recommendable? I would absolutely recommend it! The food tastes superb! Worth going once awhile >.< expensive though. Last but not least as promised to show what she bought for me as my birthday present~

She bought me a Estee Lauder perfume for men. I have been nagging of buying a perfume for a long time (eventhough I'm not sure why I need it).

Thanks dear for my celebration =)

As usual before I end my post I will be giving directions to the restaurant >.<
Its located in Sunway Piramid. Which part of Sunway Piramid? I have found a free mobile application which will show you the location of all the shops in Sunway which you can find it here: My Mall Application

Google map address to Sunway Piramid: (copy everything below and paste under destination in google map)

Scandalous meeting with Michelle Yeoh @ Ipoh

A scandalous meeting with Michelle Yeoh? I am just kidding. How could a International big star be interested to meet a normal guy like me >.< Actually I met her in a Opening ceremony of Kinta Swimming Club. I was one of the photographers working during the event day. Before I took up the job I was told that Superstar Dato' Michelle Yeoh will be attending this opening ceremony but I was quickly withdrawn with the idea that how could a superstar like her come to a simple event like this? Check out if my guesses are correct?

My guesses are wrong! Michelle Yeoh and her family arriving

Before showing more pictures about Michelle Yeoh lets see some pictures of Kinta Swimming Club and lets find out why Michelle Yeoh is willing to attend this event. Kinta Swimming Club was more widely known as Ipoh Swimming Club was founded in early 1930s by Foo Wah Cheng as President, supported by Wong Peng Sum and Yeoh Khuan Joo. Well, Mr. Yeoh Khuan Joo here was Michelle Yeoh's grandfather in fact. Well this certainly explains why Michelle Yeoh treats this event as her utmost important.

Olympic size swimming pool. This new pool brings memories where Michelle Yeoh trained at this very Club to represents Malaysia in Swimming.

Back to the story, when Michelle Yeoh's arrival to the Club, everyone was rushing to take a picture of Michelle Yeoh and unfortunately I was pushed to the back of the crowd. Its not a big deal as I still managed to get a good shot of Michelle Yeoh!

Before the opening ceremony, Michelle Yeoh was given a simple tour over the new club. I am pretty sure that she will be envy of the new Olympic size swimming pool which is not available during her time. I think that won't matter much as she still represents Malaysia in swimming =)
